What is a mobile keyword?
Mobile keywords trigger an auto-response text message. For example: Text SHOP to 24587. SHOP is the keyword. Once your contact texts that in, they will receive an auto-response on their phone, and their number will be added to your database automatically.
How do I edit my Mobile Keyword Auto-Response?
From your account center homepage or by clicking TEXT MESSAGING and then MOBILE KEYWORDS at the top, you will be taken to your list of Mobile Keywords. Next to each keyword is a Manage icon, click there to set a new auto-response.
How do I track Mobile Keyword performance?
From your account center homepage or by clicking TEXT MESSAGING and then MOBILE KEYWORDS at the top, you will be taken to your list of Mobile Keywords. Next to each keyword, is a Report icon, click to see a real-time report of your keyword. Also, we provide a detailed keyword report link at the top to see a concise report of all your keywords.
How do I turn a Mobile Keyword off?
From your account center homepage or by clicking TEXT MESSAGING and then MOBILE KEYWORDS at the top, you will be taken to your list of Mobile Keywords. Once there, click the Manage icon next to any one of your keywords. You will notice an area labeled Status, choose paused and hit Update at the bottom. Your keyword will now be turned off until you set the status back to active.
Can I group my contacts from a Mobile Keyword?
Yes. At the top, click on CONTACTS AND GROUPS and then MANAGE GROUPS. Once there, you will click on CREATE A NEW GROUP at the top. Once your group is created, you can manage your group and connect your keyword to the group by clicking ADD CONTACTS FROM A KEYWORD.
What number do people text my keyword to?
The shortcode number used for all texting in the US and CANADA is 24587.
