What is mobile merchant?
Mobile merchant gives you the ability to create a shopping cart with full credit card capabilities for your mobile website.
How do I create a new shopping cart?
Once you are logged into the account center, click on MOBILE WEB and then MOBILE MERCHANT at the top. Once there, click on ADD SHOPPING CART. Once your cart is added you can manage it, add items, and even view a report.
Can I add my own items, and if so, how many?
Yes, you can add your own items to the shopping cart, and you can add as many items as you would like.
Can we use our own credit card vendor?
Yes, you can. Simply put in a support request and someone from our team will work with you to integrate your credit card vendor into your shopping cart.
What do you charge per transaction?
We charge $0.50 plus 5% for each transaction.
Can we have withdrawls sent directly to our bank account?
Yes, you can. Simply put in a support request noting that you would like to set this up and we will take care of this for you.
Do we get a sales report with our shopping cart?
Yes, each shopping cart you setup comes with a full sales report.
Is the mobile merchant service an extra cost to use?
No, mobile merchant is an included app with our mobile web service.
