How does Mobile Rewards Work?
Mobile rewards work very much like your standard punch card rewards club. For example, lets say you are a deli and after a customer buys their fifth sandwich they get a free one. Our program works the same way. We give you 365 rewards codes (one for each day), and you simply tell your customers to text those codes. We track each code and phone number, so we know how many times they have texted and they can only text once per day. You can setup limits and restrictions using our easy online controls.
Does Mobile Rewards cost extra to use?
No! Mobile Rewards is included with your account. You simply pay for text messages you use like any other service.
Can I add an expiry date to a reward?
Yes, once a user reaches your reward level you can set an expiry date so they have to use the reward within a certain time period.
Can I view a report for my rewards program?
Yes! Each program comes with a custom report. The report will provide the number of text-ins for any one code and the number of rewards that were sent out.
How do I add a Mobile Rewards program?
Simply click on TEXT MESSAGING and then MOBILE REWARDS at the top. Once there, click on ADD REWARDS PROGRAM at the top.
